This one is a good collection. So far I've enjoyed the 4 stories I've read. Not just Jim's. Question tho. In Charlaine Harris' story which is in Sookie verse but not Sookie characters. It's a continuation of an earlier C.H. anthology story from MBFS/Wedding. On page 229 " The only sorcerer who's gone public is in Chicago, and I hear he's struggling." I think she's referencing Harry. I wonder if it's true and I wonder if she told Jim? I'm gonna go ask on his ? thread.

I've only read two so far, jim's and Patricia Briggs and enjoyed both.  Briggs was an interesting jumble up with a werewolf as familiar to a blind witch?  Looking forward to seeing more from that pair.  Looking forward to the others.  I also agree that this mix is going to be more along the line of things that I enjoy.  Now why no Succabus Blues short stories tossed in there?

Priscellie Cheesy I really think it is but I'd love to know if Jim knows anything about it. Would you ask if you chat with him? I don't know where to chat with C.H.

meg_evonne~ I really liked the Briggs story in Mercy/not/Mercyverse also. I'd LOVE to see more of those groups of characters. Do you know if that's a one-for??

Richelle Mead might not have been asked to contribute, or if she was, she might have either turned it down or not met the deadline for the collection. She's juggling three book series, so she might have a lot on her plate right now.

Ask her yourself at http://www.patriciabriggs.com/   She was at MileHi with Jim last Oct with their shared editor from Tor - Anne Seward I think is the name.  She was as easy and down to earth as Jim and Shannon.  Her husband was funny.  He spent a small fortune trying to make silver bullets for his wife.  it was an entertaining session that they shared together!  Yes they did get it done after a long, long process and involving several professors AND a part of the final test was filmed for the History Channel.

Anne Sowards is the editor's name.  I love her!  We've gotten to chat at the New York and San Diego Comic Cons and over email.

Shoot! Margrete!  I'm sure that Priscellie will know.  In case she doesn't see this, why don't you pm her?  Air craft carrier?  Mail is still slow or unreliable to them.  I figured amazon could get just about anywhere.

and OMG.  no HP until you reach landfall?  (couldn't resist the old term for reaching land/planet from the old sci fi books)

Any news on availability by ebook? Amazon take ages and a hefty fee to deliver in Japan..
