I'm having fun on twitter. I saw Jim was on this morning earlier. Lots of authors are pretty active. Kelley Armstrong is tweeting as Elena as well as herself. And of course, Neil Gaiman tweets about 50 times a day :lol: Also, check out @mishacollins even if you aren't a Supernatural fan, he plays the Angel, his tweets are a riot. He's basically telling a story and taking over the world. Very detailed complete with photoshopped or staged photos.

Far as I can tell, it's pretty much the status update type thingie from Facebook/Myspace/whatever, and nothing else, and limited to 140 characters. And I don't know if it's everyone who uses it, but a lot of the people I'm aware of who do post to it from a cell phone.

Except maybe my company.

I actually squealed "YAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!" out loud. My son might even start to think I'm not such a loser now that I'm following not only Jim Gaffigan and Nathan Fillion, but now the awesome Jim Butcher! Thanks to Jim for giving me some cred with my high schooler!!!
