That's great for Mr. Butcher.  When I went to a Hastings bookstore down in St. Joseph, MO last week I didn't see any copies of it at all.  In fact the only Hardcover books of his I saw were Dead Beat and Cursor's Fury. 

Just out of blind curiosity, how does being in the top 10 on whatever list relate to book sales?  I haven't been able to quite understand that part of it yet.
