See I'd read the Harry story, but I'm not interested in the other ones, so I couldn't possibly justify buying a collection of stories that I'd never read.  Money is too tight.  Which is why I didn't read the other short story either.  Wish I could though  Sad  If only I wasn't so cheap...
Couple of options:
- go to one of the big chain book stores, and sit in one of their comfy chairs and read it (last one took me a little more than 1/2 hour)
- get a copy from the library (if they have it; mine didn't  Angry)

Woohoo, got mine!

It's set the February after White Night, and it does contain spoilers for Thomas' big secret revealed in that book.  It also has big, honking spoilers for Blood Rites and Proven Guilty, for those concerned about earlier novels.

I apologize in advance for the noobishness... Smiley

What exactly is Many Bloody Returns?  I'm guessing from context that it might be one of those genre compilations of short stories, maybe one with Dresden in it?

Bingo.  You can read a description of the book from the press release here.

(BTW, I'm merging this topic with the main Many Bloody Returns thread)

Thanks, now I won't read anything else about it.  I just started Dead Beat.   Grin

Where did you get it? I have no idea what my work schedule for next week is, but I am definately going to use one of my days off (if any) to get the book, even if that means taking a bus or two to get to one of the bigger bookstores.

I just found a copy at Borders, in the sci-fi anthology section.

Smiled the whole way through it at lunch.  I got my fix, but now I need another!!

They are probably in the "classic literature" section Wink  Why?  Just because the big bookstore can never seem to figure out where to stock anthologies!
