Way back when I got luck and got on the emailing list for NBC/Universal viewer surveys.  This morning I got another a survey.  While it didn't mention Dresden, there were a lot of questions like "Do you like shows about magic and the supernatural?".  With Bonnie Hammer gone, this could be a good sign that they might be considering bringing the show back.

A bit subtle though.  They could just be considering airing Good Witch when it goes into rerun or something like that.

Another mistake Bonnie Hammer made is (to save money) she bought the rights to the new Doctor Who without the classic episodes or spin off shows.   And now Torchwood is the number one show on BBC America.  I bet Scifi is kicking itself for cutting that corner.

COOL!!!
I must be in the wrong demo. I'm on the list, but never get any surveys. Sad

It's a very faint glimmer and very subtle.  It could be that the Dresden fans and successes of shows within the genre are viable.  At the very least, it may lead to a Dresden like show.
As far as the the demographic, I'm in the "wrong" demo when it came to the ratings the Bonnie the Hammer wanted for SciFi.
But still let us keep our fingers crossed.
