It may be at an awkward time 3-5am, however it might be an incredible bit of luck for us Dresden File fans....
That's it's being aired at all is excellent news & hopefully means that the e-mails we've been sending
feedback@scifi.com & the letters are working! We may be planning a View-In for that episode - even at such an ungodly hour.

...Also note this bit of news that popped up this morning on mediabistro.com site for an article on the NYTimes.
http://www.nytimes.com/2008/01/23/business/media/23pilots.html?_r=1&oref=sloginNo expensive pilots---might mean a softening towards a past show that HAS continued to have support long after the series was over and has been proven via Jim's continued success on the NYT book list...(as well as a lot of fans that are dis-enfranchised from sci-fi channel as a result. There are so many of us that still refer to it as the "channel that shall not be named". :-) Maybe the show that increased interest in the books will come back around to increase possibility of the show returning?....
Yes, that is all speculation--but hey what else can a fan do but read the tossed bones and tarot cards?
Meg
Absolutely!! It's one of the points we've put in the sample letter & have been mailing to Howe - the Dresden Files has a growing, international audience and is ready to continue - no pilot trial period necessary.
And you're right Meg - folks are still posting comments on the petition about finding the books after they watched the DVD's. These folks never knew the series was on while it was on TV and have fallen in love with TDF from watching just the DVD's. That's why the audience is still growing.
