Hill Country BBQ.  It's run by Texans, and they import Big Red soda--this girl's nectar and ambrosia.  Man, I need to get a group of friends together and invent some kind of special occasion that justifies going there soon...  *gurgle*

Oh - Texas barbecue. Good stuff, to be sure (and I certainly wouldn't refuse to eat it LOL), but I'm more of a pulled-pork mustard-sauce kind of guy. KC style is okay, too. I was just automatically making the leap to the conclusion that it was southern-style BBQ, not Texas-style. I'll still pitch in and go, though.

Big Red soda? I'd swear I've had that before (lived in Louisiana for 6 years). Is it that wonderfully syrupy cherry-flavored soda? *edit* No, it's not the one I was thinking about - but with it being a cream soda, damn right I'll drink the stuff. Hey, if you like flavored sodas, give IBC Black Cherry a try. I don't drink sugared soda any more (or not much - part of how I beat diabetes), but I do treat myself to one of those a couple of times a year. Yum.
