The latter has been suggested, but I haven't heard an answer yet.

(Bear in mind both the promo dept at DBPro and the webmaster here are EXTREMELY busy at this time of year.)

Seems like it is a costume contest, not a photoshop contest.  If I thought it was acceptable to photoshop in props I wouldn't have worked so hard making them myself from scratch, which is the point (I thought) of a costume contest.
