My copy came in a plastic bag, that was in turn wrapped in bubble wrap, in a padded envelope. I plan on keeping it in the plastic bag after ::shudder:: loaning it to 3 other fans.

At this rate I wouldn't be able to afford to protect mankind from the perils of black magic. Hell's bells, that would be really embarrassing.

go to a office suply store. they have things like sheet protectors, for expanded things. get one of them, and a hard-bound binder slim enough for the book. (from the sound of it, 1/2") then it'll be nice and safe.

What are the physical dimensions of the book? I've found that a silver-age comic bag fits many things. Or try a magazine size bag.

Yeah, my copy isn't going to get shared with anyone...I am almost afraid to read it and injure it myself.

Well believe me, Mike, I calculated the odds of this succeeding versus the odds I was doing something incredibly stupid... and I went ahead anyway.

You know, that would have been the smart thing to do, considering. Er, well, I could wear gloves. The rest of the people will have to get their own copies.

I ordered one the day we could order them and it has not arrived yet! If this keeps up I have to go up to sub press and knock on their door! And look very menacing! David
