I disagree., In the Dresdenverse, who broke the laws when seems to hold a tremndous amount of sway. She was personally attacked which directly led to her actiosn through the book, so I don't see where her neutrla status would be affected.

Not her neutrality; her credibility as someone who enforces the rules. The Denarians disrespected that; she has to hit them back hard to show that this won;'t be tolerated.

Is there a section in one of the books that describes the swords being connected to the coins?  As far as I know, the coins are used to "activate" or "de-activate" the Drenarians (sp?).  If that is the case then the swords are just the weapons given to the Knights to fight the Drenarians.  Plus, Michael doesn't just fight demons.  He has been sent to fight off other vile creatures.
